Choosing the Right Plastic Tray
Whenever, or wherever, a machine that relies on a liquid to either power it or lubricate moving parts, it will, at some point in its life, have a leak.
The most economical type of drip and spill tray is the made from polyethylene. Providing these are not driven over by a fork lift, or similar, they will give years of good service. Steel trays are available but are costly to purchase and if they are large, very heavy and difficult to move. In addition they don’t have the chemical resistance that plastic trays do.
